.Tickets Opens Up 30K Premium Domains Through Registrars

According to a press release from Accent Media the operator of the .Tickets new gTLD, "around 30,000 premium names, such as ‘vip.tickets’, ‘cheapflight.tickets’ and ‘club.tickets’ have been made available for the first time to innovators and thought leaders, for as little as $1,500." WIPO UDRP Filings up 4.6% in 2015

According to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) "cybersquatting claims" by just 4.6% last year In 2015, 2,754 Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) claims were filed, a 4.6% increase on the number in 2014. .Club Rings Up $90K in Premium Domain Sales In February

.Club sold $90,000 in premium domain name sales in February 2016. According to a blog post on it's site, .Club, without any auctions being held during the short month, 17 different registrars and Sedo contributed to a "very respectable Premium Name Sales total of $89,236.65.
