David has been posting a lot on X about his problems with the GoDaddy appraisal system and how he genuinely thinks that is holding back the value of domain names with the general public.

As someone who’s been commenting in the domain blogs anonymously for many years now, which coincidentally David’s brother Michael has sometimes expressed displeasure about, it’s good to see that someone like David is now addressing exactly what I’ve already been addressing in the blog comments for and since so many years ago now, and that he liked my warning and assessment about this matter of such “appraisals” and their consequences and impact.
Short version: Glad David liked my idea. (Too bad it took so many years for someone like him to address it though.)
It should be a good spaces tomorrow. He is certainly on the same page with your thoughts on the appraisal situation.
