Plans.com sells again for $200K more than it did back in 2008

Plans.com

Plans.com sold for $70,000 back in 2008 at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. According to a tweet today it sold again for $275,000 at Squadhelp.

Excited to announce our first sale on Ultra Premium Marketplace, currently in private Beta! Some fun facts about the sale:

– Sold within 7 days of listing
– Buyer likely discovered it via SH search & discovery tools as name servers were not yet pointed to SH
– BIN price sale… pic.twitter.com/wNZjlMfos3

Most on Namepros felt it sold for cheap, what a buy. Jim Holleran disagreed, saying Overrated name and did not sell cheap. I see why others like it, but too broad, and can buy much better names for less.

So what do you think too cheap or a fair price?
