Rick Schwartz just tweeted out that he has a deal for Ass.com at $6 million plus royalties. He mentioned that he cannot yet say how the domain name will be used.

2021 is becoming Annus Mirabilis (no pun intended) for Rick with at least two 7 figure sales and another near 7 figure sale
My 2021 has been ok so far, not as great as 2020. A few really nice sales, and 2 non-paying buyers (companies outside the USA with considerable funding) on SEDO that would have been super…I wonder if the 6 days allowed prior to payment creates potential buyer remorse.
I received 3 offers of xxxx for domains via SEDO in the last 2 weeks and didn’t even respond, after I saw the buyers were NOT from the USA. This may be rash, but I just don’t want more transactions to fall thru, w/zero ramifications for the “buyers”…my opinion only
