DAN will now allow you to publish sales data or keep private

June 17, 2020 by Raymond Hackney

DAN.COM Reviews | Read Customer Service Reviews of dan.com

DAN (an advertising partner) announced they updated their privacy policy regarding the posting of domain sales data. You can go into your settings and choose your preference.

Great move on their part, let the customer decide and those who want more data out there can now provide that.

?We have just introduced our revamped privacy policy for publishing domain sales.

In your privacy settings, you can now select if you wish to publish your sales or not.

We highly advise you to enable the feature. It will be beneficial for you but also the industry. pic.twitter.com/Wyl3HnZiU3

Domain names are essentially cyber real estate. And just as traditional real estate prices are publicized, so should those of domain sales. Dan.com is correct. It is beneficial to the industry.

Not all real estate transactions are made public.

When GD publishes the sales, it will attract more attention and more people will get their domains on their platforms.
