So here is an interesting rebrand, Perch.com has rebranded to Orchard, the domain they are using is OrchardHomes.com. Perch.com already redirects to OrchardHomes.com.
The company is an iBuyer for those not familiar with what an iBuyer is,

Orchard.com is currently parked at Sedo, looks to be being brokered by Dave Evanson and expires in 5 weeks.
The domain is owned by a registrant that owns other gems like Margarita.com, Getaway.com and Holidays.com.
Perch just received $36million in series B funding, so the owner of Orchard.com could be in for a nice payday.
