Dispute.com expired where will it close?

July 29, 2018 by Raymond Hackney

Dispute.com a 22 year old, one word premium domain name has expired and hit GoDaddy auctions yesterday.

The bidding is already over $30,000 with the auction not closing until 8/7.

Post where you think the auction will close and the guess closest to the closing price will have a $25 donation made in their name to Elliot Silver’s Pan Mass challenge.

The post will be closed for comments on July 31 at 11 pm Eastern.

Shouldn’t be possible and if it is then godaddy is making exceptions for people as once there is a bid the domain is taken put of the account a ND moved to the aftrnic holding account.

It will goes to the current owner, i am seeing these i gd expired auctions , owner let it expire and see how much its worth then if the number low or high no matter what before renewal window s/he will renew and whoever won the auction will loose their time and effort i have experienced twice in this month so GD expired auction its a playground of rogue domainers i am not complaining about all domainers since I still good domainers on namepros where no bids on domain still they honor the first bid and hand over the domain to the first bidder , i think godaddy should or must stop adding domain on expired auction before renewal window i.e 31days IMHO

unless the domain is not with godaddy it is pulled out of the account on day 29 or when the first bid happens.

Both domain belongs to Michael King, registrar wildwest domains (reseller king domains), here both dispute.com and dispute.org both got expired and in auctions sad, does it mean that all kings domain portfolio gone like this i don’t know

yeah i would think all resellers are bound by the same rules as godaddy but i can’t be sure.

It’s not about the Price whoever the owner abusing GD and fellow domainers that’s all , its should be stopped , until the domain crossed 31 days don’t list on expired auction and guarantee that buyer gets domain , on the other side if GD wants retention ask the owner if she or he doesn’t renew on 30th day we will put the domain on auction and let owner decide course of action

Humble request to the the domainers whoever does these kind of cheap shit one day you will also feel the same pain what other fellow domainers going through, if you want to know the real value of the domain post it in name pros or ask your peers or friends or ask me or here . I think gd has to rethink their strategy on expired auctions else guaranteed platforms will eat
