Mike Mann just tweeted out that he sold HumanAbility.com for $40,000. He held the domain for 7 years.

The name was registered back in 2001 and a company out of Denmark owned it. I guess Mike bought from them, there is no Namebio record.

I have this unique human ability. Sold https://t.co/MIMX3mhxSu $40,000. Purch 6/5/11 $375

Sorry, but I don’t believe most of what this guy claims. Go back through his “sales” and see if there is a site attached or WHOIS has changed.

I believe it is rude to call Michael a liar.
He has more credibility with me than someone named – anonymous.

I just checked. I see the domain is now in privacy and with a different dns.

      MIke, congratulations on the sale

On 22nd March 18, the domain was listed at DomainMarket at $49,888 USD.

Then on 3rd May (today), the listing price was $94,888 USD.

And the domain sold for $40K?

I am guessing the buyer defaulted and Mike, as he does, jacked up the price.

He should only report his sales once the sales have, euh, actually taken place (i.e. funds received, domain transferred).

Most if not all of the sales he tweets about do end up on DNJournal.com’s lists as verified by Ron. So, it’s all good.

Why would Mike Mann misrepresent the prices of his domains?

    What is there to gain?

He made a bundle with at least one acquisition. and he’s in the enviable position of getting the price(s) he wants for the domains he’s selling.

I tried to buy a domain from him a few years ago, for less than what he had listed. No deal. & I respect that.
