Bitcoin typo in .org with a $10,000 auction bid

January 9, 2018 by Raymond Hackney

Either someone misread something and didn’t see the typo or one of the greatest typo sales is about to take place on Sedo.

Regged since 2011, Bitcion.org closing in 4 hours has one bid.

Maybe someone knows something, but that is one hell of a price for a typo in .org.

Loads of fake bids at Sedo these days. They seem to do no control of their auctions whatsoever.

Most probably bidder will vanish and won’t make payment.

Not astonished, I declined $80K for bitkoin.com these holidays.

Your name is better as it’s an alternate spelling, turning down $80,000, things must be good in your business, because that’s a nice price. Best of luck on a 6 figure closing.

Thanks, and more considering that in some languages the good syntax of “coin” is “koin”.

Francois that takes some will power to refuse such an offer. Good luck with it.

I’ve had “Enquiries” (3) for my Bitckoin.com but nothing firm yet, hopefully soon.

That’s interesting as I have Krypto360.com which is a German alternative to Crypto!

It’s 2018. Bidders should be verified and vouched for, but instead there are people bidding and not paying, or people bidding on their own sales from new accounts.

Nobody is interested in my Citboins.com…but BitcoinBitcoinBitcoin.com is listed with no reserve on flippa, we’ll see how that does.

    Awesome. 10k for a typo!
This means that my MidgetPorn.tv should do very well soon!

          Yep.
It was funny in my crazy head when I wrote it.
Glad someone else caught that. 🙂

I’ve been watching it for days.
    A .org typo with a $10,000 bid ?!?!?!
    A DOT ORG !!!
    Fake all the way !
If it is a real bid the bidder must be dyslexic.

Why the HELL you ALL are laughing about my 10K bid???? LOL 😀 just kidding!

Funny post, thanks for the laugh! This confirms that Stupidity has NO Limits! ahahahahahaha!!

Now, who is the lucky bastard that is selling that stupid typo?? Well, remember the sale is NOT over until the money is in the sellers bank account, maybe somebody is trolling the seller with a 10K bid with NO intentions to pay, there are crazy people out there…

The auction appears to have concluded.

Let’s see if this transaction goes through.

Nice. I watched blochain.info go on godaddy closeouts. Someone snagged it for $11 before I could get it in my cart. Has some great traffic. I own bitcoinbootcamp.com (plus another great blockchain domain iLedger.com), top offer for bitcoinbootcamp.com has been $4000 to date. Would love to sell for much more or partner with someone!
