Alvin Brown posted an interesting article this morning on emoji domains. There are over 1200 emoji domains coming to GoDaddy auctions over the next week.
From the article:
Most days, the expired emoji domain search returns a handful of domains or, in most cases, no domains at all. Well, that tide changed this week when 1,220 emoji domain auctions soon to expired appeared.
Nearly 50% of the emoji domains nearing auction expiration will occur on December 5th and 6th, and have a gradual build up starting December 1st. The most notable expiring emoji domain auctions with bids are as follows:

It will be interesting to see how these auctions go. Last week .ws sold for $1,480 on GoDaddy auctions.
✅ This is a great opportunity to acquire some premium single and two character emoji domain names, especially for those domainers and end-users that felt they missed out during the initial emoji domain launches ‼️
Emoji domains says
You can do that easily @ emojiurl.com
yeah, i am so excited with this…
Nice article Ray and Alvin.
I just wanted to elaborate a little bit here. If you have any interest in emoji domains, then this is a great opportunity here. It is a little bit of work but by doing that work that translates into money.
GoDaddy only shows the emoji domains in the form of that weird ugly code, (punycode)
It looks like this…
I like these emoji domains but I very much dislike the punycode. These were created to be much easier than writing out many letters and/or numbers. These were created to be able to just hit one character on your mobile device/twitter/facebook/keyboard and then it will display a beautiful Universal picture. They were created to be easier rather than harder.
So by doing a little work here you can really make some money these next few days. There are so many single character emojis dropping and all you have to do to find them is translate that xn--whatever123.ws into a punycode translation tool. That tool in on a site called PUNYCODER.com Most people will not do that at all, so many will not know that the boxing glove is the boxing glove, or that the race car is the race car, etc. This is an opportunity to bid on some great single emoji domains only with a few bidders. I didnt even do the translations on these at GD the past few days. If I did, I would have bid more than $1480 for the baseball.
So, If you are into these emoji domains or even if you aren’t, this is a perfect opportunity to get some helluva great deals on some singles, doubles and triples as they are dropping right now, tomorrow and onward.
