10,000 Posts

A couple milestones reached today, I turned 50 and TheDomains.com has reached 10,000 published posts.

TheDomains.com first post was published on December 4, 2007.

Since then Mike Berkens set out to discuss all things domaining, from advising people to help protect their domains by joining the ICA, to giving his take on the new gtld program before and after it launched. Hot takes on ICANN and how to sell a portfolio for $35 million.

Over the years writers have come on such as myself and Jamie Zoch. The number of topics covered has continued to grow as well.

We want to thank all the readers of TheDomains who stop by daily. We want to thank our advertisers who have supported TheDomains throughout the years, thanks to Francois at Domaining.com.

  15. Congrats & Excellent Blogging! Only 50 but I am now 68 already after my early retirement at 54 so must still continue domaining with my full mind hopefully.

    Wow, so that just gave me the lol’s. I literally just decided to read this post for the first time, and literally just saw that. Don’t tell anyone (shh), but sometimes I don’t read every post on the blogs, and just didn’t feel like looking at this “10,000 posts” announcement till just now I happened to get in the mood to look. Go figure. Too funny.

    Hmm, surely someone else has me beat though, ay? 😀

    Okay, so without further ado then – indeed, congrats to Mike and Ray. This has long been one of my favorite sites in the industry, no question about it, one of the great go to pillars of industry blogging. 🙂
