    EQ.com and ER.com both have the same pending sale template.

    Yeah, and JC.com has exactly same $4,995,000 asking price template.

    The broker does the same for each of their LL.com names: List it for $4,995,000, sell or for about $600,000. It’s 88% off – lucky 8, right?
