Rin.com Sells for $35,000 on Sedo – Sold on Sedo for $14,000 in 2011

November 19, 2014 by Raymond Hackney

Crossing the Sedo feed this afternoon is Rin.com at $35,000. Looks like it was the second time it sold on Sedo, DN Journal reported it sold for $14,000 in 2011.

Affordable Webhosting Inc out of Oregon looks to be the seller and had the domain parked. Eli Shoval looks to be the buyer of the name.

The name has been registered since 1995, at one time legendary domainer Garry Chernoff owned the domain back in 2004 and looks like he was the person who sold it on Sedo back in 2011. The buyer looked to be a registrant out of Israel. The name moved out of Moniker to Direct Nic yet stayed on the old nameservers that Chernoff was using. The domain went under privacy when it moved to Direct Nic. The name stayed under privacy for 3 years

Congrats to the buyer and seller
