The results from our latest poll question are out and most don’t think Go Daddy should be crawling under their desk as one IPO analyst remarked. Google getting into the registrar space caused quite a stir a few weeks back. We had 240 voters and 19% do not see Google in the top 20. 13% see Google in position number 10 and 12 % see them in position number 20.

What Will Google Domains Market Share Of The Registrar Market Be A Year After Launch?

The new poll question is who is the greatest domain investor of all time ? We did a post a couple weeks ago where some left comments, a few people told me they did not want to leave a comment and would rather anonymously vote.

Still seems that most people don’t realise that Google already hosts approximately 1.3 million websites already. If they can convince some of those to switch to Google Domains, then they may do well in the registrar/domain hosting stakes. The new gTLD stuff is, in my opinion, happy-clappy decoy from Google’s main target of the gTLDs and the main ccTLDs.

    Extension Manipulation
Search Engines continue to tamper with Direct Navigation , We all need to know why ? From the .Com-Plex holders?

Rebellion is coming soon, those who wish unfiltered access need to unite ? Your online business integrity is being manipulated for control.

With new GTLD derivative Extensions , there is brewing a conspiracy theory. Will Search Engine manipulation bias traffic to their favor? What do you all Think they will do when manipulating their algorithms settings?

We are already seeing Mass Media Advertisers buying up .Com Channel Foundations. The sorry fact is the B-School advertising mentality holds sway over most business entrants on the Web TODAY,at least for now. Businessmen are getting smarter about cutting out these very expensive capital destruction purveyors. Its through education that this awakening can grow legs faster. You have done much in educating and advising online businesses on how to cut these middlemen out.

Much as consumers are cutting the middle man = Google.com out of the end purchase process by bypassing Google.com and just going to the source to make their purchases at Amazon. This is all a process of Creative Destruction that takes time. The good news is that we live in a World of Time Compression and things will happen much quicker now. Google.com sees the writing on the wall and their jig is coming up.

There are those in this group that are in deep with Seo manipulation of the search engine experience, that actually deceives and robs End-Users of their hard earned money, with bogus manipulated traffic. They would would mis-lead End Users for their own selfish interests. These Ad based interests actually stunt Web business creation by starving out new Web businesses access to qualified and targeted traffic, looking for a place to spend their money..

Their pretzel logic in supporting SEO as a valuable tool is laughable. The white noise they create to cover their deceptive tracks is slowly being exposed.

Your business model which contains mostly .COM Foundations will silence the white noise, in the very near future. Where will they all be then?

The smart money knows the answer and one by one the Smart End-Users will learn the answer and then 100s and then 1000s will follow, creating the largest Business Expansion in History. Yes, the waves you are creating will cause a seachange shift out of search and into Direct Navigation !

The education process to make this happen continues. Cheers!

Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Contact Group) (Metal Tiger) (Domain
