Just crossing the Sedo.com sales wire today is the domain name CornerstoneHomes.com which sold for $150,000

The domain name was owned by Cornerstone Home Builders, Inc. has an original creation date of 2006

The domain is now showing at being at escrow over at Sedo.com

Doing a Google search for the term Cornerstone Homes I found quite a few matches for companies using variations of the term in their domain name including:

    I see a creation date of 1996. 150k is crazy for this name that’s 10 times more than this type of name sells for. I think its a misprint from Sedo. Maybe 15k and they added the zero by accident.

    I agree with Brian here. Have seen the price changes at Estibot once the domain has sold at any given price.

    This was really a great deal specially for the seller. So what have you asked Mike for this domain?

    Just read a tweet that Dave Evanson of Sedo co-brokered this sale and it was indeed for $150,000. Wow he is really good I would never have thought you could get that kind of money for that name. Incredible sale!
