Play The InterNetX DomainGame & You Can Be Crowned The DomainKing (Mr, Schwartz Is Not Going To Be Happy)

December 5, 2013 by Michael Berkens

internetx

InterNetX just announced the DomainGame which is intended to help convey some basic knowledge about the complex topic of “domains”.

“You know what .CX is? And you know where the Christmas Islands are?

If you think you know something about domains, then play our Xmas DomainGame and earn the crown of Domain King.”

(For those in the domain industry, most know Rick Schwartz is the Domain King (I think he has a trademark on it)).

The email continues:

“As an extra incentive, there are also prizes up for grabs (including a day visit to a race track) and for each 100,000 scored points in the high score list, InterNetX will donate 100 Euro to the Bischof-Wittmann School, a center that aids the development of children and youth with disabilities in Regensburg.

In 2014, hundreds of new domain endings will be introduced step by step and radically change the online cosmos as we know it.

Despite this, a vast majority of people don’t know much about the start of new gTLDs: A current survey shows that three out of four companies don’t know anything about the introduction of new domain endings. As one of the largest domain registrars in B2B worldwide, we’d like to help shed some light on this subject.

That’s why we developed our DomainGame – we’d like to invite you to try it out and show us what you know about domains: http://www.internetx.com/en/domaingame “

Wow, that’s pretty significant. And if, according to this survey, 75% of companies don’t know about them, what about the average person on the street who isn’t a business owner and has no stake on the Internet besides perhaps having a Facebook page?

    Rick Schwartz self proclaimed names.

    1. In the adult industry Rick called himself the Webfather.

But it was more like the Scam father who not only ripped off fellow webmasters
with over promising and under delivering using pre paid traffic
payment plans for the honour of buying Ricks high octane type in traffic and becoming
a member of the “in crowd” which Rick was part of automatically because of the amount of
traffic his domains generated. And while Ricks type in traffic did convert better than other forms of traffic it resulted in a loss for the adult webmasters who bought it for significant amounts of money upfront
when the whole industry was based on profitable win win deals using pay per sign up/performance related agreements (because branding
didn’t mean anything). Oh I forgot. Someone made money out of it. Rick Schwartz! Oh and so did
the porn mafia multi billing credit card scams Rick sold his traffic to (who incidentally were fined over 100 million dollars or something by the government, and caused the collapse of a listed company in Australia costing investors millions of dollars) after Rick ran out of adult
    webmasters to rip off.

    2. Domain industry, Rick calls himself the Domain King.

Now there’s a new name for him after his true colours were revealed in public by his partner Danny on ebid.com when they publicly published what could only be called a ransom letter to the ebid.net owner. And after the ebet.com sale, where only one company int eh world would pay 1.4 million or whatever it sold for.

And so the new name for Rick Schwartz is the reverse domain name squatter! lol

Hes loveable and cuddly in person. But dont believe it.
