Apples.com goes into auction at NameJet in 12 days.
You can’t have an Apple Store (or a typo like Applesore.com).
But can you have Orange Store, Tree Store or Fruit Store – yes ?

You know the answer to this one it depends on what you do with the domain.

If you buy apples.com and send it to landing page which has links to apple computer sales you have a strong risk of losing the domain, if your an apple grower or farmer of park it and pull results for fruit you should be OK.

The are a lot of trademarks for Orange as well so again depending what you do with orangestore.com you could be perfectly fine or lose the domain

Since your mentioned it Orangestore.com is for sale (not ours) on Sedo for $1,988

On the other hand the domains in this UDRP

I own IpodMaker.com but dont know why it was not included in that list though i have already decided not to renew it after i understood it was a wrong venture, does anyone knows why this domain was not included in that list?

And if i own bananastore.com and don’t use it? And what about findmyipad.com? It could be used to develop an app to let you know where you have left your ipad. Why should apple be entitled to have every domain mentioning apple and even worst when they aren’t going to use them?

    Jose

ipad is one of the most famous products on earth the domain doesn’t mention apple
