Godaddy.com Sells Over 42K Domain Names In March

Godaddy.com posted its sales totals for March 2013, reporting 42,600 domain sold on its platform in March.

This is a substantial increase over February where Godaddy.com reported 34,985

Of the 42K+ sales:

    Bidders can’t contact previous registered owner any more has something to do with the increase in the sales. JMHO.

    Godaddy does not release the number of dollars generated nor how many were expired, although all of the expired domain auctions even those that go for $10 are included

    Okay, I see what you mean. When you said, 42K domains, I thought you meant, $42K worth of domains in March. 42K is the number of domains sold, including hand regs . . . Usually your headlines about domain sales are the total of the auction or the week! Had me fooled! 🙂

    Not including Hand registered domain names 42,000 domains sold through the auction or broker platform of godaddy including expired/dropped domains
