BindersOfWomen.com Hits eBay.com: Starting Bid $19K

October 19, 2012 by Michael Berkens

BindersofWomen.com has hit eBay.com with a starting price of $19,000.

We received a message from the owner of the domain alerting us to the auction.

This domain name name is a shorter version of the hottest political domain of this week, Bindersfulofwomen.com which we wrote about several days ago as being registered by a Democratic Super Pace 90 seconds after the phrase was uttered by Mitt Romney in this weeks presidential debate.

We will keep on eye on the auction

At best – about 2 weeks of worthless traffic – if any – Good God.

And did RomneyRyan.com sell or is that the same guy running that site ?

    Brian

The same guy owns it but the sponsorship of the site has changed:

Paid for by the Democratic National Committee (202) 863-8000 | This communication is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.””

So while he didn’t sell it, he is getting paid

Getting paid to offer entertaining Constitutional speech at RomneyRyan.com ? that is good stuff – my opinion has changed on it’s value.

RomneyRyan.com likely has a 8 year shelf life because whether a Hollywood actor or a Mormon – history repeats itself – and that 4 year old script was written 32 years ago 🙂

And a simple yet entertaining RomneyRyan.com site – as is there now – will increase the value of the domain – and in doing so it becomes a double edged sword where the Dem Nat Committee will need to buy it – becuase it is them who are making it valuable – and if they do not and content and/or ownership changes – they will look like fools. Someone should have paid the $8K for it in auction – because it is worth a lot more now.

BindersOfWomen.com – well not even worth the cost of reservation

Not even as good as JoeThePlumber.com from 2008.

While I’m here… what was so bad about his description of “binders full of women”?

The binders came from women’s groups that he solicited… okay wrong word 🙂

    David Eccles –
And for that reason – I have added the BindersFullOfWomen.com and GoingBlindWithBindersFullOfWomen.com to my drop wish list.
