Enterprise Car Rental just filed a UDRP on three domain names that appear to be meant for a gripe site.
The domains at issues are:
do-not-rent-from-enterprise.com
donotrententerprise.com
dontrententerprise.com
donotrententerprise.com
dontrententerprise.com
While there are plenty of UDRP cases the recognize a domain for a gripe site to be a legitimate purpose and not bad faith, unfortunately for the owner of these domains there is no gripe site up.
Instead all three domains are going to a Godaddy.com Placeholder.
The domains were all recently registered in late July, so for those who think TM holders don’t react quickly here is a case to prove differently.
Obviously registered by someone who had no clue that Godaddy scum is as default set to show ads. Scummy behaviour. People are stupid using GOdaddy, imho.
