As I go through the drop lists every day once in a while a name catches my eye.
In this case I’m highlighting the domain name mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.com
Yes the letter M repeated 24 times.
The letter M repeated 23x .com is available but the letter m repeated 22x is taken since 2006 and the letter M repeated 25x is taken as well.
So in the next couple of days you will have your chance to get the domain name, the letter M repeated 24X.
If that domain doesn’t turn you on there is always myrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrresource.com which is only 3 years old or any of these which set someone back around $1,200 for three years of registrations (at $10 a year):

MM is seeking UDRP
where do I get mm.ninja?
Tony the Tiger gets UDRP too grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrate.ninja
I just read on a domainer’s blog that 90% of his sales are to other domainers. In other words, most of his business is based on the greater fool theory.
Does this remind anyone of anything? Perhaps a real estate bubble, in which speculators drove prices through the roof by selling to each other? The worst housing correction in U.S. history and we haven’t learned a thing. Greed still rules the day.
The story above only highlights the absurdity of it all.
Mike
There won’t be a mm.ninja pretty much no two letter new gTLD’s
OK then Im suing everyone
the phenomena of domainers trading names to each other is due to a permanently thinly traded market; its a financing, arbitrage and actuarial issue; who can afford to hold and manage them at any given time, think LIBOR, London Interbank Overnight Rate, banks financing each other for long term liquidity of industy
Thanks for telling everyone about this. I was quietly waiting for it to drop so I could grab it and forward my mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.info domain to it. Now I guess I’ll have some competition.
there are also huge numbers of premium names on closeout at domainmarket.com and buydomains.com – real domain investors can always find incredible deals the “market” and end users are overlooking
Thanks Mike. Do you accept a finder’s fee for finding premium names like these.
hi… i’m larry… this is my brother darryl… this is my other brother darryl.
anything for a buck.
I’m seriously thinking its a domainer that fell asleep at the keyboard! Woke up and then went through with the transaction… This is the only plausible explanation.
You must have too much time on your hands, Mike… 🙂
….but, actually, an amazing find…
