    where are all the

    .Co

    sales and other extension sales.

It would be a shame if Calle and co. drops the

    .Co

ball. They should just focus on .Co and not spend much time on the other extensions they have applied.

while .Co is a real successor to .com, all the other extensions combined do not have the potential the .Co has alone.

    Guess PennsylvaniaRealEstate.com at $9999 make my PennRealEstate.com worth about $100 .

More like $10, Brian…I would not renew that one again.

PennRealEstate dot com is a bad domain. Maybe you can coerce another end-user to pay $75k again. Seems like most end-users lack common sense to evaluate the true value of domains. Explains the reason a company overspends a to acquire a 6-figure domain only to point. In the end, their lead generation falls flat.

Many lll domains selling. Lucrative investment to acquire lll and nnn, and then sell at a profit. Not many domain holders are willing to set good prices. Domain auctions may have decent lll domains available.

I Disagree Elliot – it is worth the $8 a year – so that Overpriced has something to vent his frustration on and obvious wrong turns he has made – why else would he not identify himself. I think I have WashRealEstate.com a year as well – so it is double the fun for the guy 🙂

@John, the title of the post has “NameJet.com” in it…that is home to real investors, not cheerleaders. These guys know what they’re buying, .com and a couple other money-making extensions with few, but great exceptions in ccTLDs
That being said, activegames.com seems like a steal 😀

My word, there’s some dodgy-looking names there
    fetching a high price!

Good luck to them ‘though, the buyers obviously
saw something in the names they bought… 🙂
