YouPorn.com Offers $4.5 Million To Buy Charlie Sheen’s Mansion

According to TMZ.com, YouPorn.com, which was acquired earlier this month by a Canadian company, Manwin, has “put in an offer of $4.5 Million in cash to  buy Charlie Sheen’s palatial estate” in Hollywood.

Sheen’s mansion is on the market for $7.2 million.

TMZ writes;

“We’re told the YouPorn people have told Sheen’s people they hope to fulfill Sheen’s dream of moving in several porn stars to live at the mansion,”

“The YouPorn peeps told the realtor if Sheen accepts the deal, he can hang out at the porno compound as much as he wants.”

How long do you think it would take YouPorn.com to make back its money if they bought the house, let some porn stars live there and put cams all over the house?

My guess; less than a year.

    He does not need cash, he bought a bigger house in the same area, so why have 2 houses in the same vicinity. Nice try by the company for some free PR, the house probably has a bottom line value of 6M and they are trying to get some free equity.
