Oversee.net launched its own Tech blog a couple of weeks ago on October 25.

The blog called RegularlyExpressed.com, calls describes itself as “Matching Great Ideas and Technology to Solve The Right Problem”

As of time of publication, the blog has six posts published.

The one thing that strikes me off hand is that considering that Oversee probably owns 600,000+ domains I would have thought they could have come up with a better domain for their own in house blog, but that’s just me.

We welcome Oversee.net to the blogosphere and look forward to reading about what one of the leading companies in our space is thinking.

I’m assuming that it’s intended to be a play off of “regular expressions”, a powerful but complex way of matching strings, text, etc. It’s sort of a geek badge of honor to know how to create and understand regular expressions.

Totally agree, as soon as I saw the name I thought eeeek, – reg fee 🙂 that’s a terrible domain/brand name considering the use…oh well, as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

“they could have come up with a better domain for their own in house blog”

why? if they have a better domain they can sell it to make money instead of “freeze” it for the blog
