The Domain name, Valuable.com just sold on Sedo.com for $28,500 with 2 bidders battling it out from $12,500 on.
In other Sedo.com auctions which just closed today, LosAngeles.de sold for 8,100 Euro’s which is about $11K, FindInsurance.com Sold for $7,209, Shoes.Info sold for $3,100.
The auction for TheAgency.com is still ongoing but reserve has been met and the high bid currently sits at $14,500.
Finally the domain name Billig.de (which translates into “cheap”) was in a hot and heavy auction which got all the way up to 375,000 Euro’s or over $500K but did not meet reserve and did not sell.
I think valuable.com sold pretty cheap. Might have expected around 60 Gs for such a quality domain. Doesn’t surprise me Billig.de didn’t hit reserve. Billig is a huge German word in a very price-conscious culture.
Valuable obviously not !!
sedo also has Pensioners.co.uk on the lot, an interesting one for an UK equity finance group to build on.
Valuable.com seems a bit high. I love theagency.com name. I had no idea .de names were that popular… I may need to look more into that.
