No Decision On Kentucky Domain Seizure Case; So Now We Have To Wait Until March

The Kentucky Supreme Court released decisions on several cases yesterday, as it was scheduled to do.

While it was widely expected to issue a ruling on the Domain seizure case, it did not, which means according to its calendar, the next possible date for a decision in the matter will be  in late March, 2010.
