I’m Back

July 9, 2008 by Michael Berkens

I have been out of the country for a little over a week, when on Sunday night, my computer for lack of a better term, took a crap.

With software, no tech support and without being able to speak the local language it took several days, but I’m glad to report that my Dell is now back and operating.

This is the third time that I have had to do a clean reinstall of Vista in the less than 7 months that I have owned the computer.

As soon as I get back to the states i’m making a run for the Apple store.

Welcome back, Mike. I could feel something is missing without you on Domaining… .I hear a lot of people complaing about Window Vista. I’m still holding on to my good old XP interchageably with my Mac. Actually there was a “XP Crudade” on Infoworld.com which tried to keep the system around for many years to com. I hope Bill Gate listens.

Did anyone else notice that grabble.com at namejet completely disappeared from the auction.

It’s gone, it’s not in reports and it did not sell but was pulled off. It seems they just do whatever they feel like? Did anyone else notice this?

Sorry Mike, i wasn’t sure where to post this.

grabble.com – either a legal injunction (grabble.nl has some wierd PPV 900# thing going for supposedly unsse Survivor footage) of the original owner pulled it back, which can happen for quite a while even after the auction has run.

    That’s my guess, anyway.

    Welcome Home, Mikey!
