What is a fair market value of these domains?
    Any ideas?

    Guys

Villas.com is definitely worth an amount north of $500K, outside the US villas are huge.

    It’s chicken.org not .com

Pretty good name I think at $15K.

.org can also stand for organic.

If not for the fact i just bought cosmetics.net last week for 18K I would probably buy that one.

I was watching at villas.*** few years already . If it’s still the same owner he is trying to sell it for a long time.
And I don’t understand his real expectations and activity (offline magazine first, then developing website, then parking, then selling portfolio through brokers for 5M, then DRT auction for 700K, then changing whois data for new company, and now new auction once again).
It seems he don’t know what to do with this domain and how to sell it.

    Newbie

I guess he is trying doing everything he can, exposing it to different audiences, different venues, although you alway overlap some people.

I mean if you want to sell a domain and believe its worth say $700K what else can you do, other than direct market it, which we don’t know if he has done

    As usual, nothing strange 🙂

    What was the highest bid?

Actually I am interested in this domain and I am potential buyer if the price will be more reasonable and attractive.
And I’m even thinking about selling the apartments to purchase this domain.
But I am not going to make somebody a millionaire.

    Newbie

Last bid I saw was around 120K but now that the auction is over GoDaddy does not show what the high bid was

    Thank you, admin (Michael?).
Me too, I have seen it and then stop watching auction one hour before it finished.
I was almost sure in this result.
It seems the reserve around $500K.
    And it’s great domain.
But there are a lot of other opportunities starting at $100K and even less.
And it is possible to create the premium domain portfolio for $500K.

    Newbie

    Yes Michael is correct

I think if I had $500K to spend and was a “Newbie” I definitely would pass on this one in favor of cheaper domains that would have some traffic and development potential
