The domain name HouseRentals.com just sold on NameJet.com for $135,800

The winning bidder id was time25.

Although there were 370 bidders in the auction only 6 bid $10K or more.

The reserve price was $72,500.

3 bidders bid higher than the reserve.

Last week NameJet.com sold Aerospace.com for $160K so they seem to be on a roll with some great domains.

In a few other NameJet.com sales today;

Tenantcreditreports.com sold for $5,300

DepartmentOfRevenue.com sold forĀ  $10,000

NewAutos.com sold for $10,198

YouCam.com sold for $15,000

Finally PetHotels.com got a high bid of $30K but the domain did not meet reserve and therefore didn’t sell.

IMO Name Jet is the best domain auctions for best paid prices in the world today, Lots of domains sell for more than end user prices, I think because the prices are so good the name jet owners should invite more people to list more domains in auction at zero reserve prices this now is a proven system.

    BS,

    Opportunity is knocking.
HouseRental ,com is for sale on Sedo. Min. bid $ 10k.
I suspect the price just went up.
The domain was originally owned by hotkey.
Not sure if it is Blend or DemandMedia selling the domain.

You see, when I post something thing that I know that has value, the price will go up.

People listen to “BullS” because they know what I am talking about and I don’t BS.

Wonder if it sold to an advertising company or a brokerage. They would have to rent many houses before they would recoup that investment. Will be intesting to see when the new website is up.

At $136k is there any value left on the table to sell this domain? Or was this an end user paying an end user price?

Could rent 100-200 to recoup, plus expenses.

It almost seems there are too many bidding on namejet.

HouseRentals.com would not have gotten any more than $25,000 anywhere else IMHO.

too long of a name in my opinion

better to go with something like

    HR.co

    easier to type

and a lot less to type.
