Google released it 1st Quater profit's today after the market closed soundly beating Wall Street's estimates., Google's net income rose 30% to $1.31 billion, or $4.12 per share. According to report today by SearchIgnite, a paid search management technology solutions firm, Yahoo  posted a 57.6% growth in search ad spending in the first quarter compared to a year ago.
