ICANN made another statement with regards to Epik. In a post titled, "ICANN continues support for registrants impacted by Epik Inc." Jamie Hedlund provides an update. It looks like PayPal has stopped doing business with domain name registrar Epik. A member at Namepros noticed they could not use PayPal and thought it was a glitch.
