E.CO Sells For $81K

The auction for the domain name E.CO just closed today on Sedo.com with a high bid of $81,000. I put the first bid in at $10K to get things rolling and then put another bid in at $25K. With the auction for E.Co hitting $25K today with almost 2 days to go, Twitter.com announced today that it acquired and was going to use T.CO as its official  URL shortener.
