Well, Daniel has actually committed fraud so if anything Rick Schwarts is correct about his reaction.
Daniel actually managed to lower the bar for himself over the years. Getting sued and settling by FTC. Selling millions of customer data. XYZ has been a disaster and not in small part due to Daniel’s tendency to overshill.
