Kau.com and Epara.com see much lower prices on the reauction

November 12, 2020 by Raymond Hackney

Kau.com

The bidding action was a bit more subdued the second time around for KAU.com and epara.com.

Back on October 29, I wrote about Kau.com and epara.com closing for big bucks. Kau.com closed at $100,350 and epara.com closed at $58,056.

Kau.com was registered in 1996 and owned by a Japanese company. There are no trademarks for KAU as a standalone registration. Kau is the southernmost district on the island of Hawaii. The name of a river in India and an airport code for an airport in Finland.

Epara.com was registered in 1999 and owned by a Turkish company. There is a skincare company at EparaSkincare.com. Likely buyer or prospect if an investor purchased. They do have a registered trademark for Epara. A word mark that was registered on April 9, 2019.

Kau.com closed at $33,333 this time around and epara.com at $11,050.

Joe Styler weighed in here at TheDomains on our post about the preferred method for non paying bidders.
