Josh Metnick has been on a roll when it comes to new gtld sales. A few weeks back Josh emailed me on the sales of Coin.exchange and Coins.exchange both at $5,000 to separate buyers. He also sold Crypto.media for $1,800 (payment in Bitcoin). Well now Josh has sold the following:
BTC.Exchange for $12,500
Chicago.bio for $500
I just got another update and this sale is just wow to me, DAPP.Foundation for $5,000.
For those unfamiliar with Josh he was the owner of Chicago.com and sold it back in 2013. It has since sold again.
I have to be honest I never even thought about the .exchange extension, congrats to Josh on some nice sales.

Are these the disclosures we can expect from now on? That seems too much for me.

As the owner of quite a few .exchange domains
Including xbt.exchange I’m very happy to hear this. I honestly think 12,5k is just way too little for something that is in my guess min worth 1M if Eth.com sold 2 and full word Ethereum.com is up for 10m now. Hell of a return you can’t knock that but holding for a few years might not be a bad idea. I’ve upped my nice crypto domains in the multimillion figures because of these keeps crazy then I want to be the guy that sells for 14M 😉
