At Least 2 .Blog Landrush Auctions Pass $5,000

Auction for .Blog domain names that had more than one order in the Landrush period are now underway at Sedo.

To participate in the Landrush auctions you would have had applied for the domain name in Landrush.

I’m personally in 7 of the 36 domain names in the .blog landrush auction.

Of the 7 domain auctions, two have already exceeded $5,000 with less than a day to go.

Weed.blog is currently sitting at $5,555

Bitcoin.blog is currently sitting at 5,211

A couple of other auctions of note include Your.blog has a high bid of $1,605 and esports.blog which has a high bid of $1,611.

    I still prefer a .com for my main blog since a .blog domain adds a character and something different to remember … the new TLD is good only for sites that already have the word “blog” inside the URL … e.g. gardensblog.com to gardens.blog … that, only IMO, of course
