Cash.us closes at $20,100 amid a ton of .us expiring auctions

May 28, 2016 by Raymond Hackney

It was .US day on Go Daddy and there were some interesting closing prices. More than likely all these domains get renewed but it was still an interesting exercise to look at which names closed highest.

Here are the names I tracked that closed four figures and higher:

Cash.us closed at $20,100   130 bids

Wallet.us closed at $18,250 142 bids

Gaming.us closed at $15,000 123 bids

Hide.us closed at $10,000 121 bids

Shirts.us closed at $10,000 95 bids

GIG.us closed at  $7,100 53 bids

Appraise.us closed at $6,100 65 bids

Beef.us closed at $3,550 55 bids

Translate.us closed at $3,550 58 bids

Tshirts.us closed at $3,250 78 bids

JBL.us closed at  $2,250 137 bids

CGI.us closed at  $1,511 39 bids

Mobi.us closed at $1,480 47 bids

Gamer.us closed at $1,225 38 bids

Tix.us closed at $1,125 29 bids

ALT.us closed at $1,075 63 bids

Custom.us closed at $1,025 39 bids

Bonus.us closed at $1,025 32 bids

RAR.us closed at $1,025 27 bids

Javascript.us closed at $1,009 51 bids

These will probably all get renewed as I said before. I would love to see some of these for sale on NameJet and see what kind of prices they would bring.

I remember the same thing happening with a lot of single-keyword .US domains, almost exactly 1 year ago. Some were renewed, some weren’t. I got a few.
