Domain Movers: eGrad.com, Glimpse.com and More Domains

Welcome to Domain Movers! We do the dirty digging to bring to light domain names that have been recently registered, acquired or simply moving by some of the largest companies in the world!

3M Company appears to be in the process of moving all of its domain names from MarkMonitor TO CSC Corporate Domains. This isn’t the first large company to do this, as Allstate Insurance is another in the process as I mentioned before. 3M owns about 16,000 domain names, so this is even a bigger deal than the 5,000 Allstate owns.

Facebook Inc is now the owner of the domain name Glimpse.com from when the acquired the company The Find Inc. The company owned about 90 domains, including TheFind.com which has yet to transfer to Facebook.

Novartis AG has registered the domain name LoseYourReaders.com to add to its domain stable of over 14,000 domain names.

Indeed, Inc has registered the domain name TryIndeed.com . Indeed.com is a job site and they own about 160 domain names, including Indeed.com.

Verizon has registered the domain name VerizonHum.com

MoreInOne.com has been secured by CSC Corporate Domains, Inc. for a likely unknown client. The domain expired in October 2014.

Twitter, Inc. has registered the domain name NestWarming.com to add to its 1,800+ domain names they own.

LuxuryPools.com has changed ownership according to whois records from Marketing Group Advertising to Rms Media Group, Inc.

NightCourses.com has been acquired by Seats Are Ltd from Jazbury Ltd. according to whois records. At one point all major TLD’s were registered but now the .com is the only one..

BigIdea.com has changed ownership from Big Idea Entertainment, LLC to DreamWorks Animation L.L.C. . BigIdeaTV.com was also transferred to DreamWorks as was VeggieTales.com. DreamWorks acquired Big Idea in August 2012 and its popular VeggieTales show.

Hangzhou Duomai E-Commerce Co.,Ltd have acquired the following 3 letter .com domain names according to whois records: BQW.com, DFQ.com, JGZ.com, NXW.com, SJX.com, ZTB.com, ZUO.com, ZYG.com, ZNY.com and ZQZ.com

They have sold the domain names: JZH.com and XBY.com

Google Inc. has obtained the domain name Kitsee.com from a Mustafa Suleyman according to whois records. The domain has been registered since September 26, 2013.

SchoolKids.com has been acquired by Staples Inc. and its “SchoolKidz.com” brand. The domain name was owned by Internet Applications & Solutions, Inc. of Ann Arbor, MI.

SchoolKidz partnered with schools to provide school supplies that parents have to order online.

Cebu Pacific rebrands Tigerair to Cebgo and hand registered the domain name Cebgo.com on October 15, 2014 at Network Solutions.

Weight Watchers International has secured the domain name VerticalEscape.net from a Vlad Margulis according to whois records. The .com is currently owned by PORTMEDIA HOLDINGS LTD in Hong Kong but the Admin address as switched to “Vlad Margulis” of Hot5 Inc. VerticalEscape.com was listed for sale on DomainNameSales.com and changed whois registrant details coming out of privacy on July 12, 2014.

KustomNote has rebranded to Transpose Technologies, Inc. and secured the EMD Transpose.com at Sedo for $6,000.

Transpose is defined as: cause (two or more things) to change places with each other.

Mbib.com has been sold by Tucow’s YummyNames.com to a current unknown CSC Corporate Domains client.

Elward Systems Corporation registered the domain name NeverSolo.com which Hewlett-Packard Company allowed to expire in March 2015.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has listed the domain name eGrad.com for sale on Afternic, with a $10,000 Buy Now price. The domain has been registered since April 9, 1998.

ZocDoc, Inc. has registered the domain name GetBetterBetter.com to add to its 800+ domain names.

Marbles.com has changed registrant details several times recently. The domain was owned by HFC Bank Limited in GB according to whois records. Then on October 2, 2014 whois details changed to a Steve Smith of SAV Credit, with a savcredit.co.uk registrant email address. Then on January 8, 2015 the registrant is shown as NewDay Ltd but still holds the savcredit.co.uk registrant email. The website has looked the same for many years, as it does today.

T-Mobile USA, Inc. has registered the domain name JumpAnytime.com

Viacom International Inc. has registered the domain name SPKE.co, which I found a little odd… the .com is for sale for $4,800 and the .net is also registered.

Amazon Technologies, Inc. has registered the domain name YourMyHabit.com

Goallover Limited has registered the domain name BountyHound.com

Groupe ADEO has acquired the domain name HomesUp.com from GreatDomainNames.com . The domain name was registered on July 29, 2003. The domain had a listing price of $15,000 Buy It Now on GreatDomainNames.com . I reached out to the seller for confirmation on the sales price.

      Your My Habit looks all wrong, but the context is correct.

      A quick search shows that My Habit is some kind of Amazon payment system, so Your My Habit simply refers to a member’s My Habit account.
