Pursuant to Order of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and further at the direction of the US Marshals Service, NameJet is auctioning some terrific steak-related domains, such as FILETMIGNON.COM, along with a few other assorted names, including the following:

1-800-nuts.com

azizmerchant.com

buykobebeef.com

dodgeinnsteak.com

dryagedsteaks.com

filetmignon.com

flowerofthemonthclub.biz

flowerofthemonthclub.net

flowerofthemonthclub.org

kycity.net

luckyagro.com

simonmeats.com

steaks-meat-food.com

tropicaldental.com

wagyusteaks.com

wagyusteaks.net

wagyusteaks.org

These domains are now live on the NameJet website.

They will be listed in pre-release for at least 30 days and then followed by a 3-day public auction, with the first auctions beginning on May 9, 2015.

The domains are owned by  Omaha Steaks International c.o. FREUND & BRACKEY LLP since 2013.

Thomas Brackey of the law firm represents many new gTLD applicants and has also submitted a lot of generic words to the Trademark Clearinghouse in his own name so he is very familiar with the domain name space which is how these domains probably wound up at NameJet.com

Do you know anything more about this? Omaha Steaks is showing up as the owners in the WHOIS, but it looks like a lawfirm is keeping a hold of them.
