After 6 Years Owner Of The Adult Site Brazzers Files UDRP Against Affiliate Brazers.com

February 28, 2015 by Michael Berkens

A UDRP has been filed against the domain name Brazers.com which is a typo of one of the most popular adult sites Brazzers.com which uses also uses the domain name Brazzersnetwork.com to which Brazers.com is actually forwarding to.

The complaint was filed by Licensing IP International S.à r.l which also owns pornhub.com, youporn.com and redtube.com to name a few.  The company used to be known as Manwin but its now known as MindGeek.

The content on the front of the BrazzersNetwork.com is extremely hardcore so we are not putting up links to the domains.

The domain name Brazer.com, according to Screenshot.com has been forwarding to the adult site BrazzersNetwork.com since at least 2009, under what appears to be some sort of an affiliate program.

The domain Brazer.com is owned under privacy.

The domain name Brazers.com has an original registration date, of July 2005.com

The domain name Brazzers.com has an original registration date of December 2003 but does not appear to have been a porn site until 2006.

It will be interesting to see what the owner of Brazzers.com  has to say about the typo domain since they certainly have been paying the owner of the typo for many years so its going to be pretty hard to deny knowledge of the domain or its use.

May make in interesting  case based on the legal doctrine of latches.

We will keep our eye on it.
