1st Day New gTLD Totals: .Energy 1,084; .Delivery 790

Two new gTLD launched yesterday into General Availability (GA), including those domain names registered in Sunrise and the Early Access Program (EAP) where people pay additional fees to register their domain names early here are the totals after the first day of GA:

.Energy 1,084

.Delivery 790

The three new gTLD’s that went into GA on Tuesday had nice 2nd days results as well.

.Work added another 819 domains yesterday and is now over 4,650 registrations.

.Casa added 10% more registrations, 138 to 1,376

.LGBT added 15% more registrations yesterday and now is over 460.

    I really like the .energy namespace. It’s a strong business sector that seems to attract quite a lot of news & attention. When I realized it was going to be available, I considered it one of the more solid investment opportunities among the new tld’s. We’ll see.

    is it just me or is the constant outpouring of new glt’s becoming one big confusing mess.
    i feel that we are for a new .glt bubble, this whole exercise will go down the sewer.
    then again mostly i have been wrong in the past.
