We have placed the domain name SexEducation.com which we paid six figures for, into the RightoftheDot.com live/online domain name auction at the NamesCon conference at No Reserve.
The domain name has an Estibot value of $123,000.
It’s a domain we bought as we saw it as one of the only “adult’ type of domain names that you could advertise in mainstream media and would be great for one of the tapes, videos, books and DVD’s you see advertised all the time for “better sex”
The domain name is live in the snapnames.com pre-bidding system and joins over 120 other domain names listed at No Reserve.
Some of these domain name currently have bids.
The live auction will be held on January 13 from the Namescon.com conference at 4:30 PM PST and all everyone will be able to bid live on Snapnames.com.

It has that value only because the Estibot based it on the sale (the price you bought it in 2006, Estibot shows $120,000).
I have seen many times value of the domains bellow 50usd and when the domains were sold and Estiboot placed that sales into his database the prices went up.
I do not think guy like you would put any valuable domain without reserve.
The domain had value but it was years back.
So Paul are you saying there is no value to SexEducation.com now ? I think the name has value, in a venue like this without the proper end users in attendance it probably does not meet the original purchase price.
Maybe it’s Mike’s Christmas gift after a great sales season 🙂
