Technically, the office is in the US, the company is formed in New Zealand. Payments arrive from NZ.

Yes, when the escrow agent is Escrow Hill Limited, the funds are sent to and from the New Zealand bank and entity. When the escrow agent is Greenberg & Lieberman LLC, the funds are sent to and received from a US bank and entity.
Their premium service is what I consider a REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! escrow service. I will use this service in the future.
