UDRP filed ON three letter domain RVK.com

A UDRP was filed today on the three letter domain name RVK.com

The domain is owned by domain name investor Gregory Ricks

The domain name was registered under privacy for many years.

R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc is the Complainant who filed for a trademark on the term back on August 20, 2003 for “Investment consulting services, namely, investment reviews, analysis, asset allocation advice, reporting and advisory services” and is now know as simply RVK.

The page is parked and has links to laser surgery which is a business that R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc is involved with.

Gregory has lost three UDRP’s involving three letter .Com’s: lti.com, abt.com and bme.com

We will keep our eye on this one and let you know how it turns out
