$50,000 Per Post for Breaking A Social Media Contract ?

Social Media is finding its way into prenuptial agreements. Social Media clauses are being put into prenuptial agreements in case of marriages going bad and one spouse tweeting say a nude pic of their former love. According to Fox News some couples are agreeing to pay one another $50,000 per post if they break the social media contract.
