Sedo Macau Auction Concludes With Close to $200,000 in Sales

March 21, 2014 by Raymond Hackney

In what was an interesting way to follow an auction, Sedo concluded their Macau auction this morning and they were updating people on Twitter as the auction ran. They actually set up a Twitter handle for the auction,  @twitter.com/macauauction The account  had 20 followers and they made close to 400 tweets. Click on the link and you can follow all the bidding action as it was tweeted live.

The last lot sold for Gaming/Game sold for  $25,388, below I embedded some tweets from the action. “Rent” sold for $15,500, “Financing” sold for $2,000.

They sold a hell of a lot more than $25,388 mate. That was just the winning bid from the last lot.

The total was closer to $200,000. TLD registry did a great job and this is a strong indicator for more success from this group! Congrats to the participants, sedo, and TLDRegistry.

The venue was awesome, classy, and top knotch!
