WhizzBangsBlog Is Back & Says Domainfest Will Be Held March 31- April 2, 2014

January 19, 2014 by Michael Berkens

Michael Gilmour has been hard at work for a relaunch of WhizzBangsBlog.com as a website with a social networking platform and is reporting that there will indeed be a Domainfest and it will be held on March 31st-April 3rd 2014.

In a post Michael Says:

“DomainFest is announced! The dates are 31st March until 2nd April. Further details to follow. :-)”

As far as WhizzBangsBlog, the blog is now a  social network to me which he describes as “Facebook but only for the domain community” but to me has much more the the look and feel of Linkedin.

Michael has a video describing the new WhizzBangsBlog on his blog that you can watch here.

Here is what Michael describes the “new Whizzbangsblog.com website with a full social networking platform to help domain investors to share, learn and make more from their domain assets. I’ve been writing articles for the past 8 years and more recently producing videos to help the domain investment community more fully understand the financial opportunities of domains.

It was a natural evolution of my blog that I’ve taken the next step forward in creating a social network to help all of us become more savvy in how we approach and manage our domains. I’m now reaching out to you to encourage you to share with the community some of your experiences in managing your own domain portfolio.

Once you have signed up you will be able to participate and create any number of conversations, meet new friends and learn from others.

Think of it like Facebook but only for the domain community.

If you have any suggestions or ideas then please don’t hesitate to reach out to me…..in the meantime, please make sure that you add me to your friend list. :-)””

I  have already signed up for my account which is under Michael Berkens and my company Worldwide Media, Inc., be sure to include me in your circle if you sign up.

    Funny that Michael scoops Domainfest.com.

I actually didn’t scoop the conference. I’ve been hounding Domain Sponsor about it (because I have to arrange international air fares etc) and they told me that it was going to be on the 31st but to not let anyone know until after NamesCon. I was waiting until after NamesCon and someone else spilt the beans on DomainFest before I could. LOL!

Surprised that was not released during the conference to have everyone spread the word, and talk about it.

You did better at getting info than I did Michael(s). I’ve been trying to get a date or at least confirmation that there would be a conference since mid 2013. It would have been fun and beneficial to many of us and the attendees to be able to tailgate them with
    DomainersChoiceAwards.com.

Michael (Berkens) I’ll look you up at WhizzbangsBlog.com !!

Is this for Real ? ….

    If so:

    a) Where’s the venue ?

    b) They should firm up specifics ASAP so people can allocate time and officially put it on their calendars.. and make advance travel plans … particularly since those dates are just around the corner
