SexyJobs.Biz Gets Hits With A UDRP & The Complainant Has A Trademark

March 20, 2013 by Michael Berkens

Certainly not a landmark case but someone just filed a UDRP on the domain name SexyJobs.biz

Infonet Media Group, Inc, applied for a trademark on the term “sexy jobs” in January 2012 which was issued  less than a month ago on February 26th 2013.

Infonet seems to own SexyJobs.com according to the site.

The domain sexyjobs.biz was first registered back in 2008.

We will keep you updated on it.

I wonder why they are going after the .biz, Sedo has listings for the .net, .org, .eu, .co, .co.nz,
    and .com.br.
