Sedo: $400,000 Euro Bid For 8888.com Cancelled

Yesterday DomainNameWire.com reported that a bid had been placed for 400,000 Euro’s for the domain name 8888.com.

Today we have been notified by Sedo that the bid has been cancelled.

Although the bidder has to be  premium certified by Sedo to even place a bid of that amount, so it is believed that the bid was a mistake or a typo if you will.

In any even the bid was made in error and has been cancelled by Sedo,  sorry to report.
