Is ICM really the one who should be explaining the potential TM issues with new extensions?

They built their entire extension on defensive regs and “protect your brand” marketing.

They have no credibility on the subject.

    The seminar will be subtitled…

“Our rollout was a complete failure and why the gTLD’s will be too”.

There’s way too much hype for the new gTLDs. It’s going to be like being a little kid on Christmas with high expectations, and then being disappointed when it’s over because you didn’t get what you wanted. Or like investing in Facebook on day 1. Take your pick.
